For the use of the offer www.coral-id.org de (in the following briefly “Website”), which is operated by Thomas Meyer (in the following briefly Coral-ID/provider mentioned), by the user (in the following briefly ” user/visitor/author” mentioned) these use conditions apply.
The users are divided into two user groups. In addition to the visitors (hereinafter referred to as “visitors”) of the website, there is also the group of authors (hereinafter referred to as “author”). These can contribute content to the website and create a personal author profile.
The use of the website is free of charge.
The author Coral-ID all non-exclusive, locally, temporally and contentwise unrestricted rights for the use of the stopped contents. Coral-ID is entitled in particular to the duplication, spreading, treatment and public making accessible of contents. The provider has the right to move contributions within his website and to combine them with other content.
The provider is not liable for copyright infringements committed by authors when they upload images to this website. The name and email address of the authors are stored for documentation and tracking in case of dispute.
The provider strives for a high availability of the website. However, the user is aware that the following times in particular may limit the availability of the database:
– Times of unavailability, which are based on disturbances of the Internet not influenceable by Coral-ID or on other circumstances not to be represented by Coral-ID, in particular on higher force
– Periods of unavailability due to planned maintenance work on the website.
The user indemnifies Coral-ID against all claims asserted by other users or third parties against Coral-ID due to infringement of their rights. This includes in particular the costs of the necessary legal defense of Coral-ID including all court and attorney fees in the statutory amount. The foregoing does not apply if the user is not responsible for the infringement. In any case, the user is obligated to inform Coral-ID immediately, truthfully and completely in the event of a claim by a third party in order to enable a complete examination of the claims.
The user has the possibility to register. Therewith he enters the user group of authors. The registration takes place under agreement to these terms of use as well as the privacy policy.
The user must keep his access data secret, in particular the password chosen by him. The user is obliged to inform Coral-ID immediately if there are indications that the access data can be used without authorization.
The user is responsible for ensuring that the content he publishes does not infringe the rights of third parties and does not violate legal regulations and/or morality.
The user is informed that Coral-ID collects, processes and uses personal inventory and usage data in machine-readable form within the scope of the purpose of the contractual relationship. All personal data will be treated confidentially.
The contracting parties undertake to treat confidentially any information from the sphere of the other party that becomes known to them in the course of the performance of the contract.
